Wahroonga Adventist Church 

The Wahroonga Adventist Church strongly objects to the development of 160-200 units They have submitted an objection to NSW Dept of Planning & Environment objecting to MP 07 0166 Modification 6, 7 and 8. Summary of Objections

• Inappropriate Overdevelopment - 4 to 5 up to 6 storey buildings are not in keeping with the Ku-ring-gai Council planning instruments in the local area.

• Traffic congestion.

• Access to the residential units.

• Lack of parking

• Adverse impacts on the Wahroonga Adventist School & the 2 Adventist Churches.

• Noise and pollution.

• Bushfire hazard.

• Stormwater and drainage.

• Negating the role of local council.
